Private Group Guidelines
Groups must have at least 10 players to qualify for a private game. If your group is short players your group may choose to stay private by paying for 10 players. Private groups are required to purchase paintballs for each player from Fox Paintball. Choose either 500 or 1000 paintballs per person. If you need more than 1000 paintballs per person please call for a rate. Please inform us in advance of the quantities your group requires. Our group rates reflect paintball pricing that is lower than normal rate and is not available for individual purchase. So to save the most for your group, order the largest quantities you can with your reservation. Prices quoted are for Foc Custom paintballs. This is to ensure that your group has a great time playing and is not worrying about inferior paintball performance. Should your group require the purchase of other paintballs, please call us for a quote. A deposit of $150 will establish the game and cover the first 10 players requiring equipment rental. An additional $15 deposit per player is required to hold more rental equipment. If no additional deposit is collected, then only 10 guns will be reserved for the group. Groups reservingTippmann A-5's may require a higher deposit. Standard upgrade rates for an A-5 is an additional $10. If you do not select the A-5 rate when booking, your group will be subject to the standard upgrade charge if players decide to use an A-5. It is not required to increase the deposit amount for self equipped players.
No late arrival penalties at Fox Paintball. There are no penalties for bringing extra players on game day like at other fields. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of equipment for those players.
Cancellation policy:
Deposits are not refundable within 30 days of the game date. They may be applied towards another game or field admission credit. Within 2 week of the game date there is a $75 re-scheduling fee. Game cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will forfeit the entire deposit without credit or refund.
Rainy Weather: Fox Paintball operates during rainy weather and does not cancel or close due to rain. If you decide to cancel or re-schedule due to rainy weather you will be subject to the re-schedule fee or complete loss of your deposit if you do not show up on your game date.
